Role Overview The Loading & Unloading Warehouse Operator is responsible for unloading containers, sorting goods, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and a flexible attitude to ensure efficient and safe handling of goods. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations • Load and unload containers safely and efficiently. • Sort products according to warehouse procedures. • Assist with palletizing and moving goods within the warehouse. • Support general warehouse activities as required. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Quality & Safety • Handle goods carefully to prevent damage. • Follow warehouse procedures and health & safety regulations. • Report damaged goods or operational issues to supervisors. • Contribute to efficient warehouse processes and productivity targets. ________________________________________ Requirements • Previous experience in warehouse operations or container unloading is an advantage. • Good physical condition and ability to lift packages. • Communicative level of English. • Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic. • Willingness to work in a two-shift system and overtime when required. • Own accommodation and transport are preferred. ________________________________________ What We Offer • €14.99 gross per hour • Two-shift schedule: o 06:00 – 15:00 o 15:00 – 00:00 • Overtime: 130% • Saturday: 150% • Sunday: 200% • 32–40 working hours per week with overtime opportunities. • Dutch health insurance available (€38.02/week). • Transport costs reimbursed or free company transport provided. • Accommodation available if required (maximum €147/week). • Opportunity to apply for the Dutch healthcare allowance (Zorgtoeslag), subject to eligibility.
