Package Sorter at PostNL Center (m/f)

Work location: Amersfoort / Almere / Zeewolde / Amsterdam / Apeldoorn / Ridderkerk / Waddinxveen / Dordrecht / Goes / Elst Your responsibilities will include: - manual sorting and collection of packages, - unloading and loading of containers, - preparing shipments for dispatch, - sorting, for example, by dates, item numbers, or postal codes, - working with a handheld scanner. What are the requirements? - basic knowledge of English, - willingness to perform physical work in a rotating schedule. - Preferred: category B driving license and/or logistics/warehouse experience. What do we offer? - rate: €16.23 gross/hour (base rate €14.99/hour gross + holiday allowance 8.33%) - shift bonuses, 06:00 – 22:00: 100% 22:00 – 24:00: 120% 24:00 – 06:00: 130% (on Friday and Saturday 140%) Saturday 140% Sunday 200% - constant access to scheduling, payslips, and other documents via the online employee portal, - assistance in organizing your trip to the Netherlands, - coordinator support in the Netherlands, - Holland Zorg insurance, - weekly payments – transfers to the specified account, - free transportation to work (from our accommodation) in company cars, - reimbursement of travel costs for those with their own accommodation. - Driver bonus €3 per day
