(M/F) Logistics Worker – Tools

Work location: Varsseveld KRAMP Nederland is a modern warehouse in Varsseveld stocking agricultural and automotive tools, hydraulic components, gardening equipment, earthmoving equipment and specialist clothing. We are looking for candidates who are a good fit for Kramp, a large logistics company with operations around the world. Lundia is a department of Kramp that stores goods that do not fit into the standard warehouse order-picking process or require special handling when picked from shelves. All products stored here are large and/or heavy, usually weighing more than 20 kg. Some goods are also stored outdoors. There is no shelter outside, so the work takes place in all weather conditions, from snow to temperatures of around 40°C. Fortunately, most tasks are carried out inside the warehouse. Responsibilities: - Picking orders - Receiving goods (inbound) and preparing them for placement on warehouse racking - Planning and replenishing shelves Requirements: - Communicative level of English - Logistics experience - Willingness to do physical work - A category B driving licence and/or a forklift or reach truck certificate is an advantage What we offer: - Pay: €16.95 gross per hour (base rate of €15.69 gross per hour plus 8% holiday allowance) - Paid overtime - Ongoing access to schedules, payslips and other documents via the online employee portal - Help arranging your trip to the Netherlands - Support from a coordinator in the Netherlands - Holland Zorg health insurance - Weekly pay, transferred to your nominated bank account - Free transport to work from our accommodation in company cars - Travel expense reimbursement for employees with their own accommodation: €0.23 per kilometre for journeys over 5 km - Allowance for car drivers: €2.50 per working day; van drivers: €5 per working day
