Chromalloy is an international high-tech company specializing in innovative solutions for gas turbines. Chromalloy provides solutions designed to reduce production and expenses and extend engine life for original equipment manufacturers, commercial airlines, the military and oil, gas and power companies.
As a welder, you will be responsible for performing welding operations on materials used by the company, such as steel and stainless steel. In addition, you will be involved in various inspections, including progress and performance on parts.
You will work Monday through Friday in shifts from 07:00 to 15:45 and 15:30 to 01:15, for which you will receive allowances. You will work the day shift one week and the afternoon shift the next. You will work between 32 and 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
In the first few days, you will receive an introduction, safety instructions and training to familiarize yourself with the company and operations. You can get free fresh fruit every day in the cafeteria and enjoy breaks with your colleagues. After working for a while, you will receive work clothes from Chromalloy.
