Job Description: CNC Operator (Junior/Medior)
Location: Central Netherlands, Utrecht area and Belgium, Northern Belgium area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: €2,750 – €3,000 per month (depending on experience)

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated CNC operator with at least 2 years of experience in CNC machining. In this role, you will not be required to program machines. Instead, your main responsibilities will include operating CNC machinery, monitoring production, and making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth and precise operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Start CNC machines according to established procedures
• Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy and quality
• Make minor adjustments to machine settings when necessary
• Perform basic inspections of finished parts
• Ensure that machine operations comply with safety and quality standards
• Report issues or irregularities to the supervisor or technical staff
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC operator in metal machining/precision machining
• Ability to operate CNC machines (any brand or type)
• Understanding of basic machining principles
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated
• Junior to mid-level qualification
