Vlietjonge Staalhandel is one of the largest steel suppliers in the Netherlands. With a wide and deep inventory, they supply steel to builders, construction companies, machinery factories and trailer manufacturers. As a Loading/Unloading Clerk💪 you will be responsible for loading and dividing trucks with various steel products. These are large and heavy materials, so you will mainly use an overhead crane. These cranes have a span of 24 to 29 meters and can lift up to 10 tons of material. You will be working in an open warehouse with cranes and pipes, where it can be cold in winter and hot in summer. You will work Monday through Friday on the night shift from 18:00 to 03:15. In the first few weeks, you will be trained to operate an overhead crane until you gain enough experience. After that, you will work independently. You will have the opportunity to receive training for higher positions.
