Scaffolders urgently needed with German or English language skills For our client, a medium-sized construction company 90765 Fürth near Nuremberg / Bavaria, we are looking urgently for Scaffolder and scaffolding helper m/f/d - Scaffolders with driving license B and C and - Scaffolding assistants with driving license B and C Scaffolders erect scaffolding on warehouses, high-rise buildings, churches, festival stages - anywhere where other work has to be carried out at inaccessible heights: Facades are attached, walls plastered, steel struts installed, electrical cables laid and lighting installed. Your tasks: - Preparation of the scaffolding site - Erecting, dismantling and converting scaffolding - Attaching tarpaulins or nets to protect pedestrians from falling building materials, for example - Professional dismantling of scaffolding and inspection and maintenance of individual parts - Anchoring scaffolding - Loading, unloading, transportation and storage of scaffolding parts (weight of parts up to 20 kg) - Cooperation with other trades and specialist departments - Complying with occupational safety regulations, recognizing and averting hazards What you need: - German or English language skills from B1 / European Framework of Reference (able to communicate) - Successfully completed vocational training as a scaffolder or comparable vocational training or professional experience in scaffolding construction - Good physical condition and fitness, - Fitness for working at heights, ability to work in a team, reliability and a high sense of responsibility - Driving license class B and C if possible Our client offers you Earning potential: - Starting wage: hourly wage €16.20 to €17.50 gross (depending on work experience), rapidly increasing with appropriate performance - Standard working hours / month = 173 hours, overtime possible - Monthly wage: € 2,800 to € 3,030 gross (without overtime) - Additional bonuses for very good work performance - 30 days annual vacation (5-day week = 6 weeks) plus 30% vacation pay - A young and dynamic team, working in a small, relaxed family business - Lots of freedom and a trusting working environment - Modern fleet of vehicles - Work clothes - Daily return from the day's construction sites Other benefits: If you wish, Hüser European Recruiting UG will be happy to support you in finding accommodation, dealing with the authorities, opening a German bank account, registering with a health insurance company and more
