Scaffolders urgently needed
For my client, a medium-sized construction company located in a small town in the Neustadt an der Aisch - Bad Windsheim / Bavaria area, we are urgently looking for:
- Scaffolders and
- Scaffold helpers
- Trainees m/f/d for scaffolding
Scaffolders assemble scaffolding at warehouses, high-rise buildings, churches, festival stages - anywhere that requires work to be done at inaccessible heights: facades are installed, walls are plastered, steel braces are integrated, electrical wiring is laid, and lighting is installed.
Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of the scaffold standing area
- Assembly, disassembly, and modification of scaffolding
- Installation of tarpaulins or nets to protect pedestrians from falling materials
- Professional dismantling of scaffolding and inspection and maintenance of individual parts
- Anchoring of scaffolding
- Loading and unloading as well as transport and storage of scaffold parts
- Collaboration with other trades and departments
- Adherence to occupational safety regulations, recognizing hazards and taking preventive measures
What you bring:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a scaffolder or comparable vocational training or work experience in scaffolding
- Good physical condition and performance capability
- Height suitability, teamwork skills, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility
- Spatial imagination and interest in physics
- Class B driver's license (preferably Class C + E)
- German language skills at least at A2 level according to the European reference framework

- Scaffolder (with training as a scaffolder): from €17.91 to €24.18 with leadership responsibilities
- Senior assembler: €19.52 gross
- Assembly manager: €20.60 gross
- Crew leader: €22.39 gross
- Scaffolding master: €24.18 gross
- Scaffold helper with work experience: €17.91 gross
- Scaffold helper without work experience: €15.22 (in the first month of employment)
Average working hours per month for scaffolders and scaffold helpers = 170 to 200 hours per month (does not apply to trainees)
- Trainees: 1st year = €1,050 gross per month
2nd year = €1,245 gross per month
3rd year = €1,515 gross per month
- 30 days of annual leave (5-day week = 6 weeks) plus 30% vacation pay
