Job Description:
We are looking for a Team Leader / Foreman (m/f/d) to work in a logistics warehouse in Germany. The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating team efforts and overseeing the proper execution of warehouse processes.
Responsibilities:
Leading and guiding employees in the execution of their tasks
Monitoring the proper execution of warehouse orders
Overseeing and optimizing logistical processes within the operation
Creating reports and controlling key performance indicators (KPI)
Collaborating on the implementation of quality standards
Assisting in planning team work
Conducting training for employees
Requirements:
Vocational training in warehouse logistics or experience in warehouse work
Experience in the logistics industry
Experience in a leadership position / as a foreman is an advantage
Team player with strong communication skills
Good organizational skills and stress resistance
Proficient in German, both spoken and written
