The restaurant is known for its welcoming atmosphere, varied menu, and rich family history in Asian cuisine. To strengthen the kitchen team, Mr. Au is looking for 2 Independent Working Cooks I.
Position & Responsibilities
As an Independent Working Cook I, you are responsible for independently carrying out kitchen duties and actively contributing to the quality of our dishes.
Your tasks include:
Independently preparing ingredients (mise en place)
Applying fundamental cooking techniques
Contributing ideas and providing input on the composition and improvement of menus, menu items, and working methods
Taking responsibility for inventory management and placing orders
Providing technical guidance and supervising kitchen assistants
What do you bring as an Independent Working Cook I?
MBO Level 3 working and thinking level or equivalent
Demonstrable knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques
Independent, responsible, and able to perform well under pressure
A team player with an eye for quality and hygiene

Competitive salary: €2,650 – €3,250 gross per month (depending on experience and skills)
