Production and logistics at metal elements company

INTRODUCTION: ProperJob Uitzendbureau is looking for an all-round workplace assistant. We've got a nice, pretty easy, full-time and indoors job available at a metal company, assisting with powder coating line, hanging metal elements onto hooks from a rail-system. The elements go into the powder painting cabine, get painted by a robot or by another person and once they have dried the elements can be taken from the hooks and prepared for storage or transport to clients. Client is looking for a male candidate with good stamina (work can sometimes be physical) for some pretty easy and repetitive production works.. The job is located in the South of the Netherlands, region Oosterhout (NB). You will be working in a nice company with a good atmosphere. START DATE: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE MORE INFO ABOUT THE JOB AND CONDITIONS: One of our clients needs a new employee to assist in the workplace with the powder painting of steel elements (not difficult). The job is a fulltime job for 38 hours guaranteed each week up to a max. of 48 hours per week (on some occasions, regularly around 42 hours). CAO for metal workers will be applicable on this job advertisement (correct percentages and payment is guaranteed, pay grade A-1). The gross hourly wage for this job is E 15,28. This hourly rate will rise in accordance with the number of experience years as well as the given CAO adjustments. Work starts Monday - Friday at 7:30 in the morning. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? MUST HAVE: > Good knowledge of English, German or Dutch to communicate and receive instructions > Good work-motivation > Flexibility (no 5 days, 38-hours max per week mentality) WOULD BE PREFERRED: + VCA Certificate + Forklift driving license Of course you will be able to go home now and then for your holidays (Easter, Christmas, New-Year and occasionally a week off). ALCOHOL AND/OR DRUGS: We have a zero-tolerance policy on alcohol and drugs (ab)use. We are very strict on this, because we do not like to lose our clients because of misbehaving workers. That’s why we explicitly warn our new employees on this subject. In some cases we provide transportation to work (a company car) and insurance does not cover damage due to alcohol or drugs related accidents. ARRANGEMENTS & PAYMENT: Having your own house is not a problem for this job, but in case you do not have that, ProperJob can arrange a bed for you at one of our excellent quality houses. The rent for a bed will be E 91,00 per week, including washing machine, dishwasher, 49” 4K ultra-HD television, high-speed internet connection, Worldwide IPTV, furniture and everything you need to have a nice stay in the Netherlands. We can apply the ET-regulation for compensation of double rent costs (this will give you higher net payment).
