Warehouse Worker - ORDER PICKER

Position Title: Warehouse Worker - ORDER PICKER: Picking up food products in fresh department (2-4 Celsius degrees) in Zaandam/Pijnacker Name of the Department/Unit: Logistics Function Description: Driving through the warehouse with EPT. Using Voice Pick system (English/Polish/German/Dutch) Picking orders from the locations and place them on the trolley Albert Heijn is the largest supermarket chain in the Netherlands. Albert Heijn has several distribution centres in the Netherlands where we provide employees. For one of these distribution centres you will start working. WORK CONDITIONS: Place of the work: Zaandam/Pijnacker Shifts: 7:00 – 15:30 / 8:30 – 17:00 / 23:00 – 7:00 Salary (hourly rate), EUR/hour Above 18 years old: Order Picker/packer: €17,12 gross/hour (€14,94 + €0,52+ €1,66 ADV* = €17,12) *exact amount of money from ADV depends on hours you have worked Over hours and temperature surpluses Are possible at the request of the client. Depending on what hours you work, the allowance for the shift will be: 115% 135% 137% 139% 155% 160% 170% 200% 239% and 255% Saturday: 135% allowance Sunday: 200% allowance +200% allowance on official state holidays. Every hour overtime: +35% extra paid Saturday overtime: +70% extra paid Holidays: In Consultation with the coordinator. Transportation allowances: Transportation to work is free. If the accommodation is within 10 km from the work, we are allocating bicycles for the employee. If the bicycle is not being returned to us we will charge €250 from the salary. If the accommodation is further than 10 km, people drive to work. Those who have a driving license can be asked to become drivers of the car. Fuel/ reparations and the car insurance is paid by the company. Other employee benefits: Bring enough warm clothes with you (fleece, sweaters, jackets) Safety shoes with a steel nose are required. Employee can take their own, in case they want to buy it from Sagius, it’s also possible. Accommodation: Accommodation will be in 2 persons rooms. Accommodation costs €112,48€ - 140,60€euro/week. The arrival address will be provided by coordinator on Friday. Health insurance Dutch health insurance is mandatory by the Dutch Law. Sagius can provide insurance for €38,01€ /week. If the employee has his/her own Dutch insurance, we will need a copy of the insurance card. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Requirements: In order to work with the self voice picking system you must speak on of the following languages: English, German, Polish or Dutch. In order to reach all products your height is minimally 165 CM. The most heavy lift is around 25 KG (potatoes, onions, banana’s ). Preferred/required work experience (in which fields) Warehouse experience is a plus. Experience driving the EPT is a plus. Requirements for the computer literacy (from 1 to 5, were 1 – not important, 5 – very important) Language skills: English level A2 or higher. Driving licence requirement.
