INTRODUCTION:
ProperJob Uitzendbureau is looking for an experienced production worker for various tasks for a long-term job at one of our clients in the region of Oosterhout (NB). It’s very diverse job where you will have to perform different tasks like mounting, drilling, constructing, grinding, cutting, bending, installing rubbers, locks and all sort of other aluminum windows, doors and frames related tasks. You will be working in a nice company with a good atmosphere.

START DATE: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE


MORE INFO ABOUT THE JOB AND CONDITIONS:
The job is a regular 38 hours per week job with an opportunity to make extra hours which will be paid at a higher percentage depending on the time table. CAO for metal workers will be applicable on this job advertisement (correct percentages and payment is guaranteed, pay grade A1).

The gross hourly wage for this job is E 14,68 (stawka godzinowa brutto). This hourly rate will rise in accordance with the number of experience years as well as the given CAO adjustments.

Work starts Monday - Friday at 7:30 in the morning.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
MUST HAVE:
> Experience in various metal works with knowledge of metal-processing tools and equipment (no experience = end of job after 1 hour, so don’t apply for this job)
> Experience in assembling objects based on technical drawings
> Good knowledge of English, German or Dutch to communicate and receive instructions
> Good work-motivation
> Flexibility (no 5 days, 38-hours max per week mentality)

WOULD BE PREFERRED:
+ VCA Certificate
+ Reading technical drawings

Of course you will be able to go home now and then for your holidays (Easter, Christmas, New-Year and occasionally a week off).


ALCOHOL AND/OR DRUGS:
We have a zero-tolerance policy on alcohol and drugs (ab)use. We are very strict on this, because we do not like to lose our clients because of misbehaving workers.
