Job Offer – Technical Department Employee (Technician / Caretaker)
We are looking for a technical department employee to work in a high-standard hotel in Germany. Stable employment with a reliable employer.
We offer:
• salary starting from a minimum of €1,800 net per month
• work 5 days a week (approx. 160 hours per month)
• accommodation provided – single room
• meals 1–2 times a day on workdays
• a stable job for a longer period
• German employment contract
Requirements:
• Category B driving license – a must
• experience in a similar position in the technical department / facility maintenance
• technical or relevant education is preferred (e.g., electrician, building maintenance technician, etc.)
• knowledge of German is preferred or English
• independence, responsibility, and good work organization
Responsibilities:
• routine maintenance and repair work on the hotel premises
• monitoring and maintaining the efficiency of technical installations, including:
• electrical installations (lighting, sockets, fuses)
• water and sewage installations (taps, flushes, drains)
• monitoring the efficiency of technical devices and hotel equipment
• routine inspection of lighting in rooms, corridors, and common areas
• reporting major faults to external service companies
Minor repairs and technical work:
• replacing light bulbs, fuses, and small installation components
• repairing or adjusting locks, handles, and hinges on doors and windows
• minor repairs of hotel furniture and room equipment
• clearing drains and siphons
• installing or replacing room equipment elements
• minor painting and maintenance work
• basic assembly and technical work on the premises
Maintaining the area around the hotel:
• keeping the area around the property tidy
• mowing the lawn and maintaining green areas
• minor cleaning work outside the hotel
• maintaining cleanliness in parking lots, sidewalks, and entry zones
