We're Hiring: Automotive Mechanic (m/f/d) We are a family-run workshop and are looking to strengthen our team with a dedicated Automotive Mechanic (m/f/d). Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00 Salary: 2800 EUR for those without formal certification Language: German preferred, English B2 Accommodation: 400 EUR Your Responsibilities: • Inspection & Diagnosis: Examine vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to accurately identify issues. • Maintenance & Repair: Perform repairs and routine maintenance according to manufacturer specifications to ensure vehicle reliability and longevity. • Customer Consultation: Advise customers professionally on required repairs and optimal vehicle care. • Documentation: Meticulously record all work performed and any problems detected. What You Bring: • Qualification: Completed training as an automotive mechanic or a similar qualification. • Experience: Ideally, some work experience, but motivated newcomers are also welcome. • Skills: Good hand-eye coordination, craftsmanship, and strong problem-solving abilities. • Soft Skills: Reliability, team spirit, and solid communication skills for dealing with customers and colleagues.
