Waiter / Waitress à la carte / Buffet Service – Germany

Type of Contract: Employment contract under German conditions, directly with the employer

Working Hours: Full-time
Due to the development of our partner hotels and restaurants, we are conducting recruitment in the area of food service.
Positions available:
– Waiter / Waitress à la carte
– Buffet Service Staff (breakfast / hotel buffets)
– Bartender / Barmaid
The recruitment also includes candidates with more experience in service. Depending on qualifications, it is possible to assign responsibilities with an extended scope of responsibility within the restaurant structure.
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and scope of responsibility.
Salary:
€1,900–€2,200 net per month after deducting accommodation and meal costs (depending on position, location, and experience)

Responsibilities (depending on the position):
– Serving guests in the à la carte restaurant
– Managing hotel buffets
– Preparing and serving drinks (bar position)
– Taking orders and settling bills with guests

– Collaborating with the kitchen and service team
Requirements:
– Experience in gastronomy (à la carte restaurant, hotel, bar, or buffet)
– Proficiency in German at a communicative level (mandatory)
– Knowledge of English will be an additional asset
– Independence and responsibility
– Willingness to start work immediately
